Did a great job and look very new again. Love it when they come to the house to do the work. Very good work and very friendly to work with. That is so important. It seems everyone here loves the work they do.
Extremely RUDE! Horrible customer service! Would not recommend him based on his tone or responses to a valid question? Again he was extremely RUDE. Update: Yes you were extremely RUDE! All I did was ask why you needed my VIN number since I had provided you with my make, model and year. If you had of explained it to me PROFESSIONALLY, I would have understood but you DID NOT. As I was speaking with you I was actually on my way to the car to provide it to you. As a consumer I am entitled to ask questions before I provide you with any personal information. If that’s your definition of having things done my way, well I guess you’re right. Thankfully, I have my windshield repaired, received good customer service, and the price was accurate. Again, extremely poor customer service! You could have handled things differently and a lot better!!
I had my car broken into last night and when I called this morning at 9am they were able to get an installer out to me by 11am. Sergio installed it in 30 minutes. Best pricing in the area and extremely fast service. So thankful for these guys!
