My husband got his Jeep Cherokee wrapped first... Turned out absolutely amazing. I own a custom Mercedes SL and was on the fence for several years to get her wrapped. Because of the awesome job and customer service they gave my husband I decided to t...
I dropped by to get my car windows tinted and they were rapidly able to assist me. They were very professional and very helpful. They even provided me with a cold water while I waited. I was very satisfied with how everything turned out. I highly recommend this place.
We were previous customers before but this time, we came in to tint our vehicle. When the tint was “done”, I noticed RIGHT AWAY that they did not completely cut off the tint leaving the film to hang and was already peeling off. There was lint and folded creases and a gash in the film. We took it back after 3 days because that’s what they told us, and they said they couldn’t fix it that day to come back a weekday. We did so. What happened next was we dropped it off early in the morning and 10 minutes before closing time they called saying it was ready. To my discovery, they DID NOT FIX THE TINT AT ALL. THEY DID NOT REMOVE THE UNCOMPLETED TINT. The only thing the did was put a plaster around the trim ( very uneven and still wet to the touch). They tried to take the easy way out by saying the tint wasn’t damaged the first time. They did not put any effort into trying to fix their mistakes. We paid for the life time warranty tint and they said since they are “fixing” it, the warranty would be void. A waste of time, horrible customer service. Spoke to three different people and they were not helpful at all and had an attitude whilst I was trying to explain the complications. response to owner: No one called regarding to put the silicone plaster and even at that here are the photos. It shows that the job was overlooked and rushed whether it was busy or not, we chose to have our vehicle serviced there and should have been treated as any other customer.
