The quality at this location has deteriorated. They seem more focused on quantity over quality now. We believe a 2-star rating is appropriate because we gave them an opportunity to correct the issues, but they didn't seem to care. They appear indifferent since they know their next appointment will still pay a premium for their tint. Time to check out their competitor in Paris, KY.
Their workmanship is top notch, use good product, and have great, friendly customer service. Have had multiple cars tinted here and had zero issues, tint still looks great after about 8 years and counting.
