TL;DR: Bryce is the person you want fixing your windshield! He'll do stellar work at a stellar price, and he really knows his stuff! He comes to you for the same price, and shows up when he says he will. Details: I'm a car guy, do most of my own work...but not a windshield. I'd had a rock hit the edge of my front windshield, starting a crack that I couldn't save myself. (I did try, having been successful a few times in the past.) I was pressed for time, about to drive back to New Mexico after selling our house, and was lucky enough to catch Bryce just as he was leaving the shop. All the other "quotes" I got that morning didn't ask the right questions to even ascertain what windshield I would actually need (different options on a car require different windshields), but Bryce did, and gave me a better price than anyone else to boot, so I went with him after seeing all the glowing reviews. His reviews are legit...Bryce really knows his stuff! One testament to that is that he was totally comfortable with letting me watch the whole process...I'm always interested, but it takes someone really confident in their work to let a stranger who clearly knows something about cars watch you work on their car! Another is that Bryce has the right tools for the job, knows how to use them, and keeps them in good shape. But at the end of the day what really matters is the quality of the repair, so I waited to write this review until I'd driven the car in the rain, left it in the hot sun, and generally gave it a shake-down, which it has now passed with flying colors. Unfortunately we have moved to New Mexico, but if I were still in the MinniApple I would always go back to Bryce...and I'll be telling my friends there that he's the one to turn to if they need glass work done, or just an honest assessment!
Needed to repair my mom’s driver side window after an attempted break in. I came across this shop when they said they could come to my house to repair the window which was very convenient! Thank you for doing such a great job!
