I worked with Nick personally. I called their business phone and no one answered, which was fine due to I called close to their closing time. But what caught my attention was that Nick messaged me personally and apologized for not answering earlier. We discussed on what I wanted. I wanted to surprise my friend and get her vehicle tinted. Nick and I were throwing ideas around on how we could get her car to him without her knowing. When we couldn't figure out a good way I asked him if I gave him her number if he could message her and tell her that someone is doing her tint as a gift but not tell her who. He had no problem doing that for me! And he kept the secret the whole time! Her tint came out amazing!!!! I can not tell you how impressed I am with his customer service and making it a fun surprise and experience for me and my friend! So THANK YOU so much Nick for your amazing customer service! I will definitely be taking my car to him when it comes time to do my tint.
