Once again, Emily has saved the day. Twice in a year period Emily has graciously helped clean my car after getting hefty water inside of it and fit me in quickly to ensure that after I dried out the water my leather didn't stain. She never disappoints and is always so kind.
I got a diamond package detail from Emily, interior and exterior, and the car looks great! I didn't think to take before pictures but it was definitely dirty, with lots of sand, pine needles, random residue in crevices, trash, and dirt inside, and all the slush and dirt that February in NH brings on the outside. I didn't even realize how dirty it was until I saw how nice and clean and white it looked after. Smells nice now too. Emily is so sweet and accommodating, and it was extremely easy to get in contact with her through text after finding her page on facebook. She answered my text right away with options for time slots when I asked to get a detail last minute before a cross-country road trip. She was able to fit me in the next day, and offered appointments on the weekend too. She conveniently came to my house to pick up the car and dropped it back off a few hours later. Communication was great, service was great, and price was great - she has an awesome deal going on right now for the month of February! Love supporting a female-owned business and I can't recommend Gem's enough.
