The team at Upstate is top notch. I came to them with minimal understanding of what I was looking for and RJ took his time to walk me through everything over the phone and then when I dropped the car off he went over it all again. During the process they kept me informed on how they were doing and even made some great suggestions that made my car stand out. The customer service is just amazing! Brain and RJ treated my car as if it was their own and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
