I had my windows done here back in 2019. I still have the receipts of the transaction. I reached out through email as my memory along with the person with me at the time of the deposit, that there was a lifetime guarantee on it. Well my tint as of last year started peeling from the rear window. I reached out through email with pictures of the receipts and never heard back. After failing to reach them, I am left no other choice but to leave a review. Pictures are supplied. It is very unattractive to look at and I will be disappointed to have to pay out for it to be done correctly. My brother had the same issues with this location and finally was fixed after a bad review was set up. Update: I went into the location, everyone was really nice and helpful in taking care of my concerns. I have an appointment set to get the back window tint replaced. I do appreciate the quick process of going into the location and setting the appointment after review! After the visit, I recommend to go in person as it is a smooth process.
