11/28/2023 I had received tinting service from Kej. I was disappointed after I did second inspection. I found out Kej or one of his crew members removed my stickers like my oil change reminder but left my INSPECTION STICKERS still on the glass and placed the tint over them and sealed them under the tint. I called him about 10 minutes after leaving his shop and complained about it. He said " I could cut out the bottom and place a new strip but there will be bubbles but my boy next door can get you new inspection stickers" LMAO. Why not replace the whole tint for your mistake. To pay you again and wait for another unprofessional treatment. No thanks. I even gave him a tip because it all appeared to be genuinely a good service. ALSO, I had left my car there for 3 hrs as well and I come back to my engine light on and my traction control was turned off and it wouldn't turn back on and I NEVER drive with my traction control off NEVER and my car is a Lexus IS 250 and wouldn't let me turn my traction on and that leads to one conclusion. DONT PLAY WITH PEOPLES CARS. He probably would've told me to go to his boy next door for that too. If you get your work done by him DONT LEAVE YOUR CAR ALONE and stay on sight so you don't got to deal with goofies and unprofessional characters. Payed $200 gave $20 tip. Thanks for the lesson, your time, the tint I'm going to have to fix on the windshield and Goodluck to you and your business. Johnathon C.
