They called me at 8 and there was no one in the store, they arrived at 8:30, then they told me that they start working at 9, that there is no waiting area due to Covid. They also agreed to call to confirm the appointment and they never did. In the end I couldn't leave the car because I wouldn't have time for other commitments I had. None of their "protocols" were clearly explained over the phone when they "appointed" me. And to make matters worse, they do not admit their mistakes, an arrogant attitude. I don't recommend it to anyone who is strict with their time and expects reasonable treatment.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They changed management and the person who puts the dyes in is now a scammer. I ended up paying $400 dollars for some dyes because the person put them WRONG and had to change them, so he charged me again for the product when the mistake was his. Two days of this and to finish my "beautiful" experience in this place, when I went to pick up the car, it had no battery because the gentleman did not turn off the lights in the two days he was working on it. I had to go buy a battery TOO. AH, it scratched my entire car inside and out. Final cost of the little game: $700 dollars and what I will have to pay for the scratches... Everything is solved with good communication and attitude, but the person in this place is "never" wrong or "lose." He is “right” always. Arrogance at its MAXIMUM level. Avoid going to this place at all costs!
