I called to ask if they come to the home. I have a few glass doors that I wanted tinted. They said yes and asked to send images and dimensions. I did. They gave a price. I agreed to it and asked for an appointment. They gave me day and time. A day before I asked to confirm if they're coming. No response. The day that they were supposed to come they texted that the installer couldn't make it. I asked when can you make it? And they never responded.
