Great service. Got an appointment had my truck back in less than an hour. Owner and staff are very friendly and reliable
Will, Justin and the guys did an excellent job on our Studio and boutique at Pure Barre Midland. They were able to come in and get the job done on very short notice which we really needed. The product looks great! Also they were very personable and kind enough to help us put on a couple our our logo stickers in the window that we were struggling with at no charge!
The first picture shows where they used a black marker to cover up where they didn't use the necessary amount of tint on the window. The other pictures are after the 3rd visit and opportunity to fix their poor workmanship. I was told to go back a 4th time but declined after the owner advised me they would have to take the door panel off in order to be able to get the tint to "go further down on the window." Idk very much about tint but I've had plenty of vehicle's windows tinted that I knew that was not necessary. I called 2 other local tint shops and they (along with my usual tint shop owner) confirmed it was not needed and that it was NOT a good idea to allow them to remove my door panel. I didn't go to my usual tint shop because I thought I would save time and money on making the day trip. Needless to say I didn't save on either. I ended up having to make the trip and pay to have the windows tinted correctly. Since this incident I've needed to have another vehicle's windows tinted and I opted on making the day trip. Maybe this was a bad month for Custom Affects but they were given 3 different opportunities to fix their poor work and still couldn't get it right.
