If I could give it a 0 star I would. I came in a year and a half ago. Had bought a new radio for my car and got it installed by them. After about a month, my radio started to not turn off. The only way to turn it off was to unplug the battery. This happened a few times. I called them and they said they could check it but said that since I didn’t buy the radio from them it was probably the radio itself and nothing they did. A few months ago my radio started doing it a few times a week. And now something is wrong with my electrical system causing my car to stop all of a sudden, the engine will be on but nothing battery related will work. I KNOW it has everything to do with the radio. I think they messed up the wires or cut something because my car never acted up before they installed the radio. Now my car is unsafe to drive because it will randomly stop working while I’m driving. I called them to see if they could check it and they again told me that it has nothing to do with what they did it’s just the radio. And they now have their location moved to logan or something so it makes it 10x harder to go get it checked by them. If I could go back in time and have never gone to this place I would 100% have done it!
