Had a completely flat tire and Mitchell showed up within 10 minutes of me calling! Very prompt, polite, communicative and both my beloved car and myself really appreciate his help!
I needed a blown tire replaced, and they got me sorted out quickly. I was back on the road within a couple hours, which was great. What was not great is that since then, the tire has debeaded itself twice, the second time requiring yet another replacement.
Update: Handy's worked out a resolution. Instead of $2300+ we paid 1k and my kid has his car back. Although there were initial issues with letting us know the car was in their possession for over a month, Charlie Handy seemed to do his best to make things right. Changing this from 1 to
