Awesome experience, as soon as I entered Damon made sure I was taken care of with giving me recommendations and making sure my purchase fit my needs. Thank you to the Foss team with the amazing installation for my 12 Inch Cerwin Vega Subwoofer & Amp, everything sounds amazing and is a step up from my factory setup.
Had a couple of great experiences replacing a factory deck and an amp install. At the front desk I was greeted by Damon who assisted me through some Nav Apple Play Car Stereo options, and the one I decided on was sold out, so he offered to drive to their other location so I could get my install done the same day. I was referred by a couple friends to find their installer Scott who put in extra work and made everything worth upgrading my stock deck. Super clean install and sound that brought new life to my car audio experience. They’ve made my morning and afternoon work commute way more enjoyable while stuck on I5 and in downtown. I had to come back because my sub amp from different installers a long time ago had used smaller 8 gauge wiring in which I ended up melting and blown the 60 amp fuse. Damon greeted me again at the front desk and after I let him know the issue I was having he got me connected with their installer Vic. Vic was able to resolve my issue for the moment but recommended upgrading to 4 gauge wiring and a bigger 120 amp fuse to avoid running into the same issue with my 1500 watt sub amp. I ended up coming back on his recommendation and was super happy with the amp mounting behind my back seat and his clean wiring job. Vic went the extra mile my first visit. I really appreciated his customer service which had me coming back for the new wiring and he went above and beyond again. Overall everyone has been exceptional, gone the extra mile, delivered on their word with doing a fantastic job in a timely manner. Thanks Larry M!
