I recently had a terrible experience at this auto shop. I booked an appointment online to replace my rear driver's side window but accidentally selected the passenger side. When I arrived, they removed the damaged window before informing me that because I selected the wrong side, it would cost an additional $70. This price difference makes no sense, as the rear driver's side and passenger side windows should be similar in cost. It feels like they took advantage of my situation. I had no choice but to pay the extra amount since they had already removed the window. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest service.
I just want to thank the guys at glassworks for helping me in such a dire hour. I gave them a call at around 4:00 p.m. in hopes of getting my window repaired. I had mentioned to the gentleman that I spoke with that I live in my camper van and there were going to be freezing temperatures that night. Within a couple of hours, They sorted me out and were nice to stay past their open time even. I will definitely be coming back to these guys to take care of my window tints.
