I have always been an enthusiast for detailing. Since the day I repurchased my car in 2016, I’ve been looking for ways to preserve and maintain the look and the shine of the paint. I tried several products from waxes to sealants, but the longevity is not there. A few days later there was an advertisement for ceramic pro coating. I did the research, and I was wow, I got to have this on my car. I was blessed that Ceramic Pro is in the Spokane area, so I made an appointment, checked my options, and saw firsthand the performance of the product. I went ahead and purchased the gold package with full-front PPF. The day I picked it up, the car looked dripping wet. The gloss levels were insane, and the hydrophobic properties were magic. I couldn’t thank Ceramic Pro enough for the remarkable job they did. It’s been a few years since the application and the product is still holding strong with annual maintenance, of course. This last visit was a surprise, I haven’t cleaned the interior and floor mats for quite some time. I believe the crew saw my plea and went out of their way and detailed it. Michelle and her crew at Ceramic Pro in Spokane are remarkable in what they do, they welcome you, listen, acknowledge, and deliver. Michelle and her team completely blew our expectations away. We were highly impressed, as we have not seen customer service as good as theirs in a very long time. Our car is 10 years old, and after having them detail and complete the ceramic coating, the car looks better than new. We are so glad we did this, and will be taking all of our vehicles to Ceramic Pros from here on out. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.
