Got my new car stereo installed here and as Always they do a excellent job installing radios and give a almost perfect time on when the install will be done and they make sure to take the time to make sure you are satisfied with their work and the product and even make sure you know how it operates. Great customer service.
First of all the manager is so rude and walks around like no one can tell him anything. He did nothing but speak to me like I was dumb. I went in with a radio I bought not from this store and the owner took three seconds of looking at it before declaring “this radio isn’t compatible with your car”. I went down the road to AUDIO EXPLOSION and he diagnosed the issue within 30 seconds and had it fixed and running within 30 minutes for a quarter of the price this store would’ve charged. The point I’m getting at is he lied to me so I’d feel the need and want to buy a radio from him. Fortunately I ordered it off crutchfield and wasn’t gullible enough to believe him. GO TO AUDIO EXPLOSION IF YOU WANT HONEST HELP
