Wish I could give zero stars. Brought my truck in for the undercoating service, and they somehow managed to get overspray on the rear passenger door up to the window, up the side of the bed, and up the back of the cab. I knew it was overspray when I realized it wasn’t washing off. Were the techs blind folded while spraying the undercoating? As other reviews have stated, customer service is as useless as the techs, and all they did was just refer me back to this same location that damn near ruined my paint. Wouldn’t trust this place with my grandma’s 1998 Saturn.
I was referred to Ziebart (Fairfield - Dixie Hwy.) by Jeff Schmidt automotive for a bug shield and window visors for my Nissan Murano while I was there I also was able to get my sunroof tinted with the ceramic coating and all the representatives; Matt, Tiffany, and Chris were pleasant and accommodating since my original appointment did not include the sunroof. Will be bringing my nieces Rogue for tinting. I would definitely recommend this location. Great service.
